Grants to develop Recovery Community Centers & Recovery Community Organizations in Michigan

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is offering grants up to $75,000 for organizations interested in developing Recovery Community Centers (RCCs) and Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs). These grants, funded through the State of Michigan Opioid Healing and Recovery Fund, are intended to help organizations cover start-up and early operational costs. Special consideration will be given to applicants that can implement services within three months of award notice and can demonstrate the ability to serve high-need areas and populations. The grant period is April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. Letters of interest are due March 1, 2026.
