Welcome to BridgeGrid. By accessing or using our website, services, or platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

BridgeGrid serves as a marketplace designed to connect sponsors, companies, nonprofits, foundations, shelters, hospitals, and community organizations. Our role is solely to facilitate connections between parties. BridgeGrid does not directly provide sponsorships, donations, grants, funding, goods, services, or guarantees of support.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit to the platform is accurate, truthful, and up to date. By submitting content, listings, organization profiles, sponsorship opportunities, or other materials, users represent that they have the authority to share such information and grant BridgeGrid permission to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.

BridgeGrid does not verify every organization, sponsor, shelter, hospital, or listing that appears on the platform. While we may review submissions and reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, reliability, or conduct of any user or organization. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into partnerships, sponsorship agreements, donation arrangements, or other transactions.

Users agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful content, impersonate another person or organization, interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use BridgeGrid for illegal activities. BridgeGrid reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

All interactions, agreements, donations, sponsorships, partnerships, communications, and transactions that occur as a result of connections made through BridgeGrid are solely between the participating parties. BridgeGrid is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, failed transactions, unmet expectations, or any consequences arising from interactions between users.

BridgeGrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeGrid, its founders, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of BridgeGrid after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
