Hamilton County Services - The McNabb Center
The McNabb Center in Hamilton County offers a variety of free programs and services including: Children and Youth Homeless Outreach Program (financial assistance for rent, utilities, food); Silver Linings (Trauma informed Intensive Outpatient service for pregnant/postpartum women with substance abuse issues); Tennessee Move Initiative (case management for individuals reintegrating after long-term inpatient hospitalization); Safety Net (mental health treatment for indigent individuals); Generations Stronger (life coaching for ALICE families); Health Link (coordination between healthcare and mental health/social services for children and adults); Children and Youth Integrative Services Team & Adult Integrated Services Team (outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse treatment); Trauma Specific Services (evidence-based trauma-informed therapies); Supportive Housing (permanent, safe, and affordable housing for homeless individuals with severe mental illness); and Peer Support Center- The Lighthouse (rehabilitation and recovery support).
