Georgia Rental Assistance Program

The Georgia Rental Assistance (GRA) Program was established to provide financial assistance to eligible Georgians through their landlords and utility providers to cover rent and utility arrearages, reduce evictions, and ensure housing stability. The program began in April 2021 and has sunsetted as of September 30, 2025. It assists households whose income is at or below 80% to cover rent and utility costs.
