Community Care Corps Supports Volunteer Caregivers - Request for Proposals

Community Care Corps encourages organizations across the country to apply for 18-month grants ($30,000–$200,000) to support volunteer caregiver programs. The grants aim to expand volunteer innovation models that assist older adults and people with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and avoid costly long-term care services found in nursing homes or other institutional settings.
