Future Innovators Teen Mentor Program

AYA's Future Innovators Teen Mentor Program is designed to create deep connections that empower youth to believe in themselves, take risks, and build their unique gifts and talents. This program pairs high school students (mentors) with younger students (mentees) to foster leadership, personal growth, and a positive impact on the community. Mentors provide academic support, guidance, and share their experiences, while mentees benefit from a role model. The program focuses on empowering youth and building self-confidence through mutual learning and engagement.
