After School Programs - Community Action Network
CAN operates After School Programs throughout the school year. These free K-12 programs aim to provide a safe space for students to build meaningful relationships with peers and adult mentors while improving academic outcomes and developing life skills. The program curriculum and activities include healthy snacks, academic support, STEM, tutoring, sports and recreation, youth leadership, character development, and academic enrichment classes/clubs. Programs run Monday through Friday immediately after school until 5:30 pm. There are eleven sites located within the Ann Arbor Public Schools and Ypsilanti Community Schools districts
