FY 2026 Basic Center Program

The Basic Center Program (BCP) works to establish and strengthen community-based programs that meet the immediate needs of runaway and homeless youth and their families. BCPs provide temporary shelter, food, clothing, and individual and family counseling, among other services. These programs aim to help young people find stability and reconnect with their families or find suitable alternative living arrangements.
