Board of Directors Mentorship Program | Amnesty International USA

This program will bring together up to five interested youth with Board members to participate in a two-way learning exchange. This learning exchange will provide opportunities for youth to deepen their understanding of non-profit board governance and leadership, connect with established human rights advocates, and gain exposure to the operations of a leading international human rights organization. Board members will, in turn, gain valuable insights into youth perspectives and priorities, fostering intergenerational collaboration and ensuring the organization remains responsive to the needs of future generations.
