St. Thomas Community Health Center provides healthcare to economically and medically vulnerable populations regardless of the patient’s ability to pay or insurance status. They offer high-quality, affordable care including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Optometry, and specialized services. Fees are based on a sliding scale according to income. Most major health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted.
